My dad loves door chimes. We have at least three in the house. He doesn’t use it for the door alone. He also hang one on a tree branch and another one at the terrace of the house. He just loves the sound it creates when the wind blows. I am actually beginning to like it more and more. The same goes for my siblings.

Uncle Don lost one of his car’s led tail lights when he parked his car in a roadside diner. He was obviously miffed about what happened. There was a security guy manning the make-shift parking space so my uncle was really wondering how he lost one of his tail lights.

Anyway, just to appease him, the manager of the diner paid him a sum equivalent to one tail light. That’s good enough for my uncle. Anyway, he is planning to buy a new dashboard kit for his car and has been postponing it. Maybe this is the time for him to get it along with the missing led tail light.

Whenever we go to Baguio City, we stay at Hotel Venize. It is located in Abanao Road, just beside Burnham Park. We love staying in this hotel because aside from being affordable, easy on the pocket, the hotel is also located in the center of the city. I love that you can go out even in the middle of the night and easily hail a cab. The staff are courteous.

The only complain I have with them is the messy scheduling. You really need to follow up your booking to make sure you have a room allotted to you. The hotel is almost always fully booked most especially on weekends so better double check if the dates you booked are really blocked off already.

Other than that, the place is a great hotel to book an accommodation with.
