Transfer
Posted on March 12th, 2010 @ 3:33 pm

I am thinking of transferring everything in this blog to A Taxi Ride. I am not sure yet if the program will allow it but I do hope they will. I already attempted to transfer this blog to another one of mine in the past but it took them so long to respond that I had no choice but to continue using this one. Anyway, I will try applying a transfer again and hopefully, this time around, they will say yes already.

Someone sick
Posted on March 12th, 2010 @ 3:23 am

When someone is sick in the family, I feel like stocking on medical supplies, even the ones that we don’t actually need. I bought a thermometer, a blood pressure tool, a nebulizer, a spirometer, and some other medical supplies. My dad was surprised when he saw the things I bought. He said I’m crazy! Hahaha! But hey, when you are around someone sick, you tend to overreact. Especially when it’s our little girl who’s sick.

Maid of honor
Posted on March 5th, 2010 @ 11:04 pm

My sister is the one in-charge with her best friend’s wedding invitations. She is officially the maid of honor and she’s taking her role seriously. This is her friend since she was in first grade! And they’ve been the best of friends over the decades. You can imagine how much they treasure each other. So now that my sister’s best friend will be held before the end of this year, my sister is doing every little thing she can to help make it the best wedding there is!

Sofa shopping
Posted on March 5th, 2010 @ 11:02 pm

I love contemporary sofas. The cushy modern ones. My sister and I frequent the home section of our favorite mall and there we see a wide array of sofas that we like. If we only have the money to purchase one, we would have replaced the sofa at home by now! Unfortunately for us, we are running on a tight budget these days. Aside from the fact that I want to save up, I am really putting a discipline on my home shopping ways.

New TV
Posted on March 5th, 2010 @ 10:55 pm

Our tv gave up on us. After five years of continuous use, it just up and fainted on us. My dad brought it to a repair shop but until now, six days later, it’s still there. I am thinking of buying an HDTV to replace it. But my budget does not permit me to buy one yet. Probably a month after I can buy one already. For now, we are content with the small tv that I got for a bargain.

City girl
Posted on March 5th, 2010 @ 10:51 pm

I am a city girl at heart. I think I will always be one. I love seeing metal buildings, high-rise condominiums and other buildings around me. As weird as this may sound, the sound of traffic is reassuring for me in the dead of the night. My friends tease me about this.

Don’t get me wrong. I love the countryside, too! But I can’t see myself living in one unless it has the amenities of a big city.
